MyZones Directory provides you with access to the MyZones Directory search engine database for the purposes of listing your URL/Domain as well as searching the content of it's database 2. RIGHT OF LISTING REMOVAL MyZones Directory reserves the right to reject or remove any search listing at its discretion. You represent and warrant that all information, in the web site advertising listing itself or through the Web site to which the search listing links, does not violate any law or regulation; does not infringe in any manner any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right of any third party; does not breach any duty toward or rights of any person or entity including, without limitation, rights of publicity or privacy, or has not otherwise resulted in any consumer fraud, product liability, tort, breach of contract, injury, damage or harm of any kind to any person or entity; is not false or misleading; and/or is neither defamatory, libelous, slanderous or threatening. 3. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY MyZones Directory, its affiliates, associates, partners, parents companies, subsidiaries and/or employees shall not be directly or indirectly held liable for any damages or loss caused by the direct and/or indirect use of MyZones Directory, its services and/or content. Under no circumstances shall MyZones Directory be liable for any damages or injury caused by, including but not limited to, any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delays in operation of transmission, interruptions, computer virus, deletion of files or email, whether or not resulting from acts of God, communications failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to MyZones Directory's records, programs, or services. The sites displayed as search results or linked to by MyZones Directory are developed by people over whom MyZones Directory exercises no control. Once a purchased listing is indexed and detailed, refunds are no longer available. 4. SUBMISSIONS All submissions are processed in real time, however may be removed by MyZones Directory in the event that MyZones Directory sees need to do so at its own discretion. See section 2. "Rights of Listing Removal". 5. PRIVACY POLICY We are committed to protecting your privacy. Email information provided on URL submission is utilized for confirmation email only.
